Investigative Services Policy: Services are provided on a retainer basis only and Phoenix Metro Investigations reserves the right to refuse any service or investigation request at any time.

Retainer policy: Generally, a retainer equal to 50% of the estimated cost of the investigation. Hours and expenses are charged off against the retainer. When the retainer is exhausted, we reserve the right to request additional funds prior to additional work.

Payment policy: We gladly accept checks or money orders which can be mailed to us. We also accept all funds wired through Western Union, or a banking institution. We accept Zelle.

Engagement policy: All clients must sign a letter of engagement.

Missing persons policy: Unless you are an attorney, LEO or a licensed PI, personal contact information about missing persons or others that you ask us to locate will not be released until that person has been notified. If the subject asks that contact information not be released that request will be honored and Private, personal information we come by such as social security numbers, birth dates and medical information will not be released.
Standard investigative rates:

Standard Investigator hourly rate: $100 per hour, per investigator.*

Other rates: Team video mobile and/or static surveillance services: Minimum charge $1,190 (pays for 7 field hours for two agents). Additional hours are $150 per hour for two agents (A minimum of two agents are recommended for all surveillance assignments.)

Cyber Investigation Rates: Computer & Cell Phone Forensic Analysis $125 per hour, Advance data recovery $450.00

Medical Legal Investigations: Expert services (including records review, chart evaluation and expert screening) and testimony services by are $250 per hour. Travel time is billed at the standard case rate..

Service of legal process is a flat fee of $55 for three attempts within our usual service areas of 10 miles.
* Travel time, meetings and conferences, client consultations (except initial consultation), telephone calls on client's behalf, court testimony or any hearing attendance, are billed at the standard hourly rate. Mileage, data base research and other out-of-pocket expenses may apply to the cost of any investigation.
